I begin craving all things “cozy and pumpkin” the day after Labor Day (even though the first day of fall isn’t officially until September 22nd this year). And who can blame me…now that I live in Michigan, early September brings cooler temps and the subtle beginning of leaves changing color. Cue all things FALL please!
For years, I have been making these Spiced Pumpkin Muffins (gluten free, grain free, and dairy free) from Danielle Walker’s cookbook: Against All Grain (page 228) and they never disappoint! Get ready to usher in the beginning of cozy season.
